The Wandsworth Wellbeing Hub is a free and impartial NHS service which aims to help patients and the public to find organisations and services to support their health and wellbeing needs. Spanning from weight loss programmes, smoking cessation, exercise and gym programmes, as well as psychological support.

Active Lifestyles is a programme that offers adults within Wandsworth the chance to increase their physical activity levels. They run a number of weekly classes that include tai chi, Yoga, Pilates, over 50s keep fit classes, kickboxing, Zumba and walking sports. For all the weekly classes, the first session is free and there is no need to book, so why not give it a go!
