During December we made a series of observations in theatres to help guide the project. These observations have been analysed within the team and we are now ready to start interviewing staff and mothers. We also ran some training with the Point of Care Foundation on January 23rd 2018 so that our teams understand the importance of experience in the design of services in Maternity
