Staff and mothers gathered to view films of all of them describing their experiences of birth in theatre. They then worked together to discuss what resonated most for them and which areas they most felt they could put their time and effort into pursuing as improvement co-design projects. Our mothers and staff voted with their feet and hearts 💕. Co design around personalising theatre process and developing meaningful presentation of antenatal information about operative birth and being theatre it is.
