The myasthenia clinic at St. George’s Hospital looks after patients with myasthenia gravis, an auto-immune condition that causes muscle weakness, including problems with speech, swallowing, vision, and can affect breathing. We work closely with the neurophysiology department and have access to a neurology day care admissions unit for ambulatory care, and a dedicated neurology intensive care unit. We run weekly clinics, and there is a dedicated contact email address for patient enquiries.
