After treatment ends – the role of your GP
On this page:
Many people can find it difficult after treatment ends, as they are no longer going to the hospital and meeting their cancer team regularly. You can talk to your GP about any health worries you have, or if you feel you need more support. Your GP will remain an important part of your ongoing care and support.
If you notice new symptoms, experience ongoing side effects, or have worries about your recovery, your GP is there to listen and help.
