De Quervain’s syndrome is an irritation or inflammation to the tendons that move the thumb as they run through a tunnel at the wrist. The subsequent pain can cause challenges with everyday tasks, and can be impacted by overuse of the inflamed hand. Further information is provided in the video and leaflet below.
