Who can refer to pelvic health physiotherapy?
We receive referrals from GPs, midwives and consultants. We do not accept self-referrals.
If you are a patient who would like to be referred into our service please speak to the health professional responsible for your care.
If you are a GP or health professional and would like to refer a patient into our service please use this referral form.
