BPPV is a condition which we know can come back from time to time. So if you have been treated by us for BPPV before, you will be put on the open access register for  two years. This means that if your BPPV symptoms come back you can call the physiotherapy department on 020 8725 3013 between 8:30 and 16:30 Monday to Friday.

You may leave a message on the answer phone with your name and contact number and we will call you back as soon as possible. If appropriate following our phone discussion, we will make an appointment for you to attend the physiotherapy department for treatment of your BPPV.  We will aim to see you within one to two weeks of our telephone call. If it has been two years since you were last seen in the service, you may require a new referral.
