The Bader Gym is a fully equipped gymnasium which has been designed for both disabled and able bodied people. Four fully qualified fitness instructors are available to advise and design personal fitness programmes to suit individual needs.
What we offer:
Clients can attend for general exercise programmes, or for management of specific conditions for example; back pain, cardiac related conditions, weight management and neurological conditions
All new clients receive a full induction after which they can use the facilities during any of the designated open sessions.

Tuesday 2 January - 10:00 to 16:00

Cost per session:
The induction cost for all new clients is £10
|Standard rate||£4 (non-referrals)|
|Disabled rate||£2 (please note that you must be in receipt of disability living allowance to qualify for this rate)|
|Referral rate||£3 (people referred by there G.P, consultant or other health professional will classify for the referral rate)|
|Staff rate||£3 (staff of St George's NHS Healthcare Trust)|
