Who can refer to pelvic health physiotherapy?
We receive referrals from GPs, midwives and consultants. We do not accept self-referrals. If you are a patient who would like to be referred into our service please speak to the health professional responsible for your care.
GP
If you are a GP looking to refer into our service, please complete a referral via ERS. We no longer accept paper referrals or e-mails.
Internal Referrals from St. George’s Hospital Trust
If you are referring form within St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, then please refer via the electronic referral form on powerchart. Please follow the guidance on how to complete the electronic referral to pelvic health physiotherapy here
