Join the team

We are looking for enthusiastic Band 5 and Band 6 nurses to join our large, supportive and committed team. Whether you are in your final year of university study; are considering a move into neonates from paediatric or adult nursing; or want to grow your experience and career with us – please get in touch.

Band 5 

We offer a comprehensive induction, structured Band 5 development programme, preceptorship, fully-funded post-graduate neonatal qualification, and the opportunity to progress to a Band 6 role inside 18 months.

Band 6

We offer a Band 6 development programme, leadership training and IV Cannulation training, and opportunities to progress your career towards other roles in neonatal nursing such as Ward Sister, Practice Educator, Community Sister and ANNP.
