Dr Ong is a consultant in respiratory medicine, specialising in lung cancer and obstructive airway diseases.
Professional profile
Dr Ong graduated from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School and completed specialist respiratory training in South West Thames. She undertook a period of research at the Royal Brompton Hospital and earned her PhD from the University of London. She has been a consultant at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since 2005.
