Dr Wendy Albuquerque
Clinical interests
Dr Albuquerque is a Consultant Audiovestibular Physician. She specialises in the assessment and management of children and adults with hearing and balance disorders, and works at St Georges and St Helier Hospitals. She is one of the multi- disciplinary team running an audiology clinic for Adults with Learning Disabilities at St Helier. She is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George's University London, and has a keen interest in Undergraduate Medical Teaching.
Professional profile
Dr Albuquerque qualified from Manchester University and is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (London). She completed Higher Medical Education in Audiovestibular Medicine in Pan-Thames and was awarded an MSc in Audiovestibular Medicine (London) with Distinction. She is a member of the British Association of Audiovestibular Physicians, and has recently completed two terms on the Executive Committee as Honorary Treasurer.
