Professional profile

Sophie Childs is a consultant anaesthetist with a special interest in paediatric anaesthesia.

Sophie she graduated from Nottingham University in 2003 and trained as an anaesthetist at the St George's School of Anaesthesia but also spent a year at the Great Ormond Street Hospital London doing Advanced Paediatrics and three months working in Cape Town at Groote Schuur Hospital.

She came back as a consultant to St George's in 2014.
