MyCare
MyCare St George’s, Epsom and St Helier Patient Portal
MyCare is available to patients receiving care at St George’s Hospital. From early 2026 it will also be available to patients at Epsom Hospital and St Helier Hospital.
MyCare is a secure online portal that helps you manage your hospital care in one place.
You can use it on your phone, computer or tablet, and it’s designed to be simple – even if you’re not confident with technology. The portal is available to all patients aged over 16.
What you can do with MyCare:
- View your appointments and appointment letters
- Choose to go paperless and receive all information via MyCare
- See many test results as soon as they’re ready
- Complete questionnaires before your visit
- Receive messages from your care team
- View parts of your hospital health record
- Access helpful information related to your care
Some sensitive clinical information and test results may not appear online. Your care team will always contact you directly if needed.
Patient‑Initiated Follow‑Up (PIFU):
Some clinics offer PIFU, which allows you to request follow‑up appointments when you need them via My Care.
This ensures appointments are based on your symptoms, not fixed schedules.
You can see here how to use Patient initiated follow ups
