We take staff support seriously at St George’s.

Our Guardian of Safe Working works to ensure Doctors in Training work hours which are safe.  Click here for more information

Our Junior Doctors Forum provides feedback to the Guardian of Safe Working and Director of Medical Education on a monthly basis.

Our staffside is represented by our Local Negotiating Committee which meets regularly

We also have a Doctor’s Mess and are actively progressing our plans for a reinvigorated Medical Staff Committee
