Acute Medicine Nursing Roles

Here in the Acute Medicine division we want to enable you to enjoy your work whilst developing your nursing skills. If you want to give outstanding care every time, feel really proud of where you work and consistently deliver the fundamentals of patient care, then we want to work with you.

We have opportunities for Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants to join us in the Acute Medical Division. This is a chance to develop as part of a highly capable team where you’re guaranteed opportunities to learn how to care for patients requiring a variety of nursing interventions.

You will be supported by our practice educators and senior nurses to help you develop the competencies you need to kick start your nursing career or grow your nursing portfolio. We offer preceptorship, mentorship, rotations and professional development to ensure you get the very best from your time with us.

With a variety of career progression opportunities – from Clinical Ward Manager, Practice Educator, Matron, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist roles. Where do you see yourself?

We have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join us in the Acute Medical Division on our Winter Ward Opening October 2018. When the ward closes in March you will have the opportunity to work in other areas within the division.
