The Bone Boost programme has been designed to provide a care pathway for those with osteoporosis/osteopenia and to ultimately reduce the incidence of fragility fracture in Wandsworth.
The short film below has been developed specially for GPs to provide easy access to key education components around bone health and information about the services available to support the management of patients with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
