Professor Walters is a consultant with a specialist interest in general paediatrics.

Professional profile

Professor Walters qualified in 1971 at University College London (UCL). From 1981 to 1994 he was a senior lecturer and reader at UCL, before moving on to become a professor of child health at St George's Hospital.

His research interests include lung development and function.
