Dr Kamalakkannan Subhas was appointed as Consultant Anaesthetist at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2013.
He graduated from Nagpur University, India in 1999. He did three years postgraduate degree course in general medicine from Nagpur University, India before coming to UK for further training. He trained in anaesthesia and intensive care in Edinburgh and London teaching Hospitals and received CCT in Anaesthetics in 2013. He has done a fellowship in Neuroanaesthesia and Neurointensive care at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square.
Dr Kamalakkannan Subhas is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA), Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and holds the European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine (EDIC).
