- Lead for Inpatient Care- managing complex antenatal women and those with complications immediately postpartum. Special interest in childbirth injury with a background of extensive Urogynaecology experience.
- Lead for Perineal Service, including Female Genital Mutilation with Perineal Specialist Midwives
- Runs Obstetric Postnatal Clinic which offers review of mothers with complications during and after childbirth. This can be to discuss experiences during the hospital stay and make plans for future deliveries.
- Special interest in Education, in particular the use of Simulation within the multidisciplinary clinical environment.
Polly trained at the University of Bristol gaining her MBChB in 1994 and her MD in 2004. She is the Simulation Lead for South London SimNET Group, RCOG and is a Personal Tutor for St George’s Medical School as well as a College Tutor for Obstetrics and Gynaecology Trainees.
