Dr Gee-Yen Shin
Clinical interests
Dr Shin is a consultant virologist at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. His clinical interests are in all aspects of virology, molecular diagnostics, infectious diseases epidemiology, public health aspects of infection and medial ethics.
Professional profile
Dr Shin qualified at Guy's and St Thomas' in 1995. He trained initially in general medicine and passed his MRCP examinations in 1999. He trained initially as a microbiology specialist registrar at St George's before changing to virology.
