How to go paperless with My Care

We’re pleased to offer a more efficient and eco-friendly way to manage your healthcare – going paperless! You can easily switch to paperless communication through our patient portal. Follow the steps below:

New users: Set your paperless preferences during registration

When registering for the portal, you’ll be prompted to select your paperless communication preferences.

Simply choose Paperless Letters during the registration process to receive all future documents digitally. You can update your preferences at any time by following the process below.

Existing users: Update your paperless preferences

1. Log in to My Care

Open the My Care app and sign in to your account.

2. Navigate to Account Settings

  • Tap on the ‘Account’ option located in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

3. Select ‘Letters’

  • In the account settings menu, select the ‘Letter Delivery’ option.

4. Choose ‘Paperless Letters’

  • Under ‘Mode’, select ‘Paperless Letters’ from the available options.

5. Update Your Preferences

  • Tap ‘Change’ to modify your settings.

6. Confirm Your Paperless Preference

  • Toggle the option to ‘Yes, go paperless’ to confirm that you want to receive communications digitally.

Once you complete these steps, you’ll receive all future communications and documents electronically, saving you time and helping reduce paper waste.
