TV presenter Elle Osili-Wood shares message with staff ahead of awards
TV presenter Elle Osili-Wood has recorded a special message to NHS staff as the countdown gets under way to the second gesh CARE Awards.
The awards are a special thank-you to the health heroes who make a real difference to patients and colleagues, with the winners announced at special sponsored ceremony at the iconic Kia Oval in Kennington.
Elle, who will present the awards, thanked staff, saying: “Hundreds of nominations were received from colleagues and patients alike, a true testament to the brilliant care and compassion you provide. You are all amazing, and I want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for everything that you do.”

After reviewing an incredible 900 nominations, our judges have chosen this year’s finalists, the shining stars who go above and beyond in delivering outstanding care, teamwork, and innovation across St George’s, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and Health Group.
The awards, run at no cost to the NHS, are generously supported by St George’s Hospital Charity, Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity, Pelican London Hotel and Residence, Hanevo, Keystream, Russell Cawberry, and Wibble Foods.
