In October 2017, we launched our Quality Improvement Plan which, together with our organisational objectives, is designed to help us deliver Outstanding Care, Every Time.

Over one million patients in south west London and beyond rely on the hospital and community services we provide

Our Quality Improvement Plan, launched today, will help staff like Dean (pictured) deliver Outstanding Care, Every Time for each of our patients, wherever they are treated.

In practice, this means:

  • Every patient receives safe and outstanding care
  • The right patient is seen in the right place at the right time, every time
  • Staff say “I’m proud to work at St Georges’
  • All staff – wherever they work – can shine and contribute to our future.

You can access a copy of our detailed Quality Improvement Plan here.

We have also produced a range of additional resources to help you find out more about the plan.

This includes:

An A5 booklet

A video message from Jacqueline Totterdell, Chief Executive:

A short one minute animation about the plan, and what we are trying to achieve:

Short interviews with staff about what Outstanding Care, Every Time means to them:
