Grand Round

The Grand Rounds are considered the golden hour of the trust. They date back to 1773 when St George’ was located at Hyde Park Corner and were world renown as we were the second institution in England to provide formal training for medical doctors.

We encourage you all to be a presence and partake in this wonderful educational and networking opportunity for the entire multidisciplinary team from specialties all across the St George’s Foundation Hospitals and more recently GESH, celebrating our evolving links with Epsom and St Helier’s.

St George’s Grand Round sessions happen every Thursday (barring holiday periods) 12:45 – 1:45pm in the Monckton Lecture Theatre.
