The following leaflets are produced by departments in St George's Healthcare and may be given to you to help explain your condition/treatment.

We have produced over 500 leaflets for our service users. We have asked our patients what the most useful leaflets are and these are available to download below.

Otherwise, if you think it would help you to have information to understand about your health or treatment, please ask the staff or come to the Health Information Centre, on the ground floor of Grosvenor Wing.
