Pain Management Programme Graduates

When you have completed a Pain Management Programme and 2  Pain Management Programme Follow-up sessions we will discharge you from the service….BUT….we know that you will be continuing to work on coping with your pain.

As a “graduate” from our Pain Management Programme, you are welcome to contact the team for further advice and information.

One of the team will speak with you about your questions.  Following this we might  –

• Send you some additional information or direct you to a helpful online resource
• Signpost you to resources that are available in your area
• Suggest that review your Pain Management Programme booklet

If you circumstances have changed a great deal since we last saw you or we think that you need to be re-assessed by us before we can make helpful recommendations for you, we will ask you to speak to your GP about re-referring you to us.
