Mr. Suroosh Madanipour is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in London and the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre in Epsom. He specialises in hip and knee replacements, with particular expertise in managing painful or failing joint replacements in a highly specialised tertiary centre.
Mr. Madanipour obtained his medical degrees from the University of Cambridge and University College London before completing specialist orthopaedic training at the Royal London Hospital. He then pursued advanced subspecialty training through the world-renowned hip and knee reconstruction fellowship in Vancouver, Canada. Prior to his appointment at St George’s, he worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, further developing his expertise in complex hip and knee reconstruction.
His research focuses on advanced techniques and outcomes in complex hip and knee replacement surgery. His work has been widely published in leading medical journals and presented at international conferences.
