General Manager of the Emergency Department

Matt is the General Manager of the Emergency Department. He is responsible for operations and infrastructure, finance, service improvement and performance monitoring and reporting. He has previously held commercial and operational roles in NHS community services and in NHS dentistry. He holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History from Bangor University and an MSc in Policy Studies from Edinburgh University.
