St George’s Hospital will be holding a special half-day seminar for Armed Forces leavers, veterans, serving personnel and spousal community considering their next move.

The event, taking place on Monday 11 March, will give Service leavers the chance to discover more about the opportunities and working life in one of London’s biggest and busiest acute hospitals – St George’s in Tooting, home of ’24 Hours in A&E’.

St George’s is a Forces Friendly employer, committed to Partnering with Defence. In February 2018, the Trust became signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant.

The Trust recognises the transferable skills, knowledge and experience of this talent pool – service leavers’ skills, knowledge and experience are highly valued and highly relevant across the fast-moving, large-scale, operational environments of NHS Trusts.
