The RTS award-winning documentary series is back with its fifteenth series following patients treated in the same 24 hour period at St George’s in south west London. The hospital has one of the busiest A&E departments in Britain. It’s a place where stories of life, love and loss unfold every day.

This episode – Safe Haven – features three patients brought to St George’s during one 24 hour period.

Judy, 72, is airlifted to St George’s after being trampled by a herd of cows whilst out walking her dog. Her friend, who was with her at the time, pulled her out from under the hooves of the herd.

Tamzen, a 13 year old girl (pictured), is rushed to St George’s after breaking her leg at trampoline practice at school.

Art student Hermione, 18, is in A&E after cutting her hand on a glass at her part time waitressing job.

Tune in tonight (Wednesday 4 July) at 9pm on Channel 4.
