Following the success of our recent nursing open day, where 60 nurses were recruited, St George’s will be holding a Band 5 nurses open day in March.

At our January open day, more than 100 nurses attended to learn more about what St George’s can offer, including our world-leading neurosciences, headline-making neonatal care, and our busy operating theatres.

On Saturday 24 March, from 9.30am to 3pm, nurses can visit St George’s to meet some of our nurses and discover why St George’s is a great place to work, learn and develop your career.

Nurses from our friendly, committed and fun teams across many specialties will be present  to  answer questions and talk about working  life at St Georges. There will be tours of our site and the chance to meet our Chief Nurse Avey Bhatia.

Our main site is in the heart of vibrant, diverse Tooting – named by Lonely Planet as one of the world’s top ten coolest neighbourhoods.

We offer exceptional learning and development, specialised training and education opportunities and the chance to progress – and gain wide-ranging experience across different areas of nursing.

As well as attending on the day, you can browse jobs now on NHS Jobs or complete an application form and be assessed and interviewed for Band 5 roles on the day.
