Surgery at St George’s presentation
The division of surgery, theatres, anaesthetics, neurosciences and cancer presented some of their key achievements of the past two years and plans for the future to the Board yesterday.
Over the last two years the division has seen the opening of the Major Trauma Centre and Hyper Acute Stroke Unit at St George’s Hospital, and has also been behind the designation of St George’s as a burns facility.
