We provide a full range of community services for people who live, work and go to school in Wandsworth, making sure people can manage their health better by accessing the services they need closer to where they live and work, in their homes and in our community wards.
We offer a multidisciplinary service, made up of nurses, GPs, Advance Nurse Practitioners, Specialist Nurses, School Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Support Staff.
If you are a registered nurse or therapist with a passion for providing high quality care, it doesn’t matter whether you are newly qualified, working in another specialty or have community experience – we want you to join our team, making a real difference in our patients’ lives. We have vacancies for band 5 and 6 nursing and therapies staff and more specialist and managerial roles at band 7-8a.
