Heberden ward is a 24 bedded unit delivering comprehensive geriatric assessment to frail elderly patients. The ward is proud to have received the the Royal College of Psychiatrists quality mark award for being a dementia friendly ward.

Visiting times: 8am-8pm

Please note that we recognise the benefit to a lot of our patients from friends and family visiting outside of these hours and we welcome this. Please let our staff know if you would like to visit outside of visiting hours. Protected meal times are from 12.00-13.30.
