Coronavirus (Covid-19) – information for media

This page has been created to provide the media with up to date information about coronavirus cases at St George’s.

As of 14 September 2022 at St George’s:

• 1 Covid-19 positive patients are being cared for in intensive care
• 21 Covid-19 positive patients are being cared for on our wards

1038 patients have sadly died and tested positive for Covid-19 (since March 2020). Our thoughts are with the families of the patients affected – and, in all cases, we would ask that their privacy is respected at this time.
