Returning to Work Resources

We aren’t the first to realise there are issues with returning after a period of time away. For medics, there has been a real recognition that this is an important issue and colleges have been developing their own processes apace. Anaesthesia and Paediatrics are in the lead, with maturing courses. RCP is there too and RCS looking at commissioning a course. The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges has put together some very helpful advice too.
