- Any signs of infection, such as pus or pyrexia?
- Is it itchy?

Grade 2 (Amber)
- Rash covering greater than 10% of the body surface area: with or without symptoms.
- OR bleeding with or without trauma.
- OR signs of infection.
- OR generally unwell.
