Lucie is the senior Macmillan nurse and team leader for the St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust palliative care team.

Lucie studied at Kings College London, qualifying as a registered nurse in 1999.
Her research interests include philosophical and ethical issues in end of life care as a reflection of this she was awarded her MA in philosophy in 2012.
