More than 100 GPs, consultants and senior St George’s Healthcare managers came together at the first Bridging the Gap event on Monday 31st January 2011.
Bridging the Gap is a new GP and consultant forum that has been established to encourage frank and open discussion and mutual understanding between primary and secondary care clinicians. The January event was amongst the first opportunities for many of those present to get together and discuss local operational and strategic issues, including the development of the GP consortia in Wandsworth and Merton.
