Admissions
Keep your letter safe; we will probably have sent you details of your admission in a letter for your records. Please ring the number instructed in your letter on the morning of your admission to make sure a bed is available. It may not always be possible to allocate a bed on the day we have told you because of emergency admissions.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
The PALS team at St George's Healthcare can offer you on-the-spot advice and information when you have queries or experience difficulties with any aspect of the hospital's service.
Should you need to contact the PALS team, please:
- Visit the PALS office Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The PALS office can be found in the main corridor between Grosvenor and Lanesborough Wing near the lift foyer.
- Ask a member of staff at the hospital.
- Telephone PALS direct on 020 8725 2453. Or if calling from within the hospital please, dial extension 2453 from any internal phone.

Bereavement services
The Bereavement service - a practical guide booklet contains details about what needs to be done after the death of your relative or friend. We hope it will help you cope with some of the practical aspects such as registration and funeral arrangements.
