Staff accommodation
We are working in partnership with Thames Valley Housing and Inspace Partnerships to redevelop St George's Grove staff accommodation. The accommodation is located a short distance from St George's Hospital, Tooting Broadway tube station and Earlsfield train station, therefore providing excellent transport links to the centre of London.
The first phase of the development is complete and provides 381 bedspaces of keyworker rented accommodation, which includes studio, one, two, three and four bedroom flats. The second phase of the development is underway and will be complete in early 2011. The second phase provides a further 176 keyworker rented bedspaces and 78 shared ownership flats.
