Activities
The Equality and diversity team, work closely with departments in the hospital to help them consider how diversity will affect their services, policies and strategies.
Part of this work involves using data collected by the hospital, for example, ethnicity monitoring data, and working closely with the Trust's Public Health Team and Patient and Public Involvement team.
Attached below is an example of this work. This study focuses on the Maternity Services Impact Assessment carried out in September 2006.
